I primi dolci al cioccolato del Terzo Millenio  per festeggiare il lancio del satellite Planck che sarà lanciato nello spazio nel 2009. Ogni capitale avrà i suoi nuovi dolci al cioccolato che ne prenderanno il nome. A Milano è il Milaneser, in corso con 60 partecipanti . A Parigi è il Paris, comme anche a NewYork per il New York,Berlino, Helsinki, Vienne, Oslo, Londra, Moskova  , stockolma,Monte Carlo, Roma, Shangai, Beirut. I Maestri pasticceri rinomati delle pasticcerie, alberghi, ristoranti creano i loro dolci diversi gli uni dagli altri, in modo  da offrire  ai loro concittadini ,diversi gusti per il dolce con lo stesso nome . A Milano, ci saranno I Milaneser diversi gli uni dagli altri  ma si chiameranno tutti Milaneser, per diversificare i gusti ed arricchire l'offerta  alla clientela e non obbligarla ad assaggiare sempre le stesse cose . Non è un concorso tra pasticceri, ma è la loro creatività  sottolineata dal paese di appartenenza che verrà messa in vista. I dolci di ogni capitale saranno diversi e si potranno notare, in un'unica panoramica,la cultura immediata di ogni paese e società.Non sono culture a confronto ma arricchimento reciproco. Questa è la prima occasione aperta alle varie cittadinanze, cittadinanza mondiale, di toccare così da vicino il mondo, in uno stesso evento. world wide   and cultural event :  Millenium desserts a mondial worlwide  happy  happening from 2009 till 2015

The first chocolate cakes of the Third Millenary to celebrate the launch in the space of the satellite  Planck  , in 2009.Each capital will have there chocolate cakes with her name.In Milan for the ''Milaneser'', in Rome for Roma, Paris for le Paris, and the same for New York, London, Moskova, Wien, Berlin, Oslo, Helsinki,Monte Carlo ,Sockolm , Beirut,etc.In Milano there are 60 participants.The pastry chefs of each capital are requested to create their new chocolate cakes , so that each capital could have a lot of new cakes with the same name to offer a rich choice of taste and not oblige people to taste always the same .It is not a competition, it is the creativity of each town which will be on  show.We will have a wide panorama of the creativity around the world with this international event opened to all countries and societies  showing immediately  different cultures and approaches around  the same ingredient : the chocolate. No confrontation  but enrichment for the international society.

Le premier évènement international du Troisième Millénaire; Les Millénium desserts. UIne fete mondiale 2009-2015

Les gateaux au chocolat pour célébrer le lancement du satellite Planck dans l'espace au cours de 2009,

Chaque capitale aura un gateau au chocolat qui portera son nom.A Paris, pour le Paris, de meme qu'à Rome pour Roma, New York, Helsinki, Oslo, Wien , London, Moskva,Stockolm,Shangai, Berlin, MonteCarlo , Beyrouth etc. Les chefs renommés des patisseries, des grands hotels et restaurants créent chacun son propre gateau au chocolat.Il y aura , dans chaque ville, de nombreux  nouveaux gateaux différents les uns des autres mais portant le meme nom, de façon à offrir à leurs concitoyens un ample choix dans les saveurs et ne pas les obbliger  à uniformiser leur gout.Il sera  ensuite laisser à chaque ville le choix de réaliser un concours parmi tous les participants pour choisir un seul gateau au chocolat du Troisième Millénaire. Avec cette participation mondiale, nous aurons une panoramique des différentes cultures et créativités de chaque pays, ce sera pour la société mondiale un enrichissement culturel .J'ai,  inventé . déposé et organisé cet évènement qui est en cours.
